@Ben - trick of the camera and what I used as a background to take the photos. ALl looks good on our end.

@Vincent - It will depend on your location - shipping is set to begin in August.

Are you telling me that you might actually be the first Kickstarter I've ever backed to actually MEET the estimated ship date????

    3. Kyle Winston on

I can't wait to paint those miniatures

    4. Ben on

@Tiger - there are no folds, you can see gaps under the same bases in the zoomed out photos. but specifically photo #3, the mini in the center definitely looks like it has a thinner base on the right side than the left.

And I know some warping is expected. Was just pointing it out. In any case, if they actually ARE uneven, then the creators can check on it and see if something is up with the molding process.

@Ben can’t really say that from these photos. And now I’m about to contradict what I just wrote. LOL.
At first I was going to agree with you. But on closer inspection of the photos it appears that the folds of the cloth are making the bases look different. Also one of the photos is cropped making the mini base look thin and again the cloth underlayment is affecting visual accuracy.
By experience of previous game miniatures, there will always be warping in a small percentage of plastic miniatures. It’s just the nature of the material used and the manufacturing.

Is the expected delivery date still August? I'm moving somewhere in September.

The bases dont look too consistent on those minis...thickness is different on them, and some have clear warping
