Dear backers,

Wow, what a week. Last week, we aimed at shipping out all remaining Kickstarter orders, all 1.649 of them! As you know, all Kickstarter Knops have been produced and packed, so yours is eagerly waiting for you. We try to make up for lost time and that is why we are pushing ourselves and our shipping partner to the max.

Alas, there were some issues that occurred. First, the connection between our client list and the email template of our shipping partner was suddenly broken. Because of this, no track & trace codes were sent to the receiver. However don’t worry, the items were shipped correctly and everyone will receive their track-and-trace. The issue is now fixed.

Secondly, our shipping partner had difficulty keeping up with the pace. They have to seal your Knops in an outer package fit for shipment and then add an address label, which logically costs quite some time for the amount of Knops we want them to ship. The process is shown in the video underneath:

To make up for lost time, they are all working through the weekend so we can ship the last orders Friday (31 August) and Monday (3 September). So everyone should have their Knops underway by Monday! If you haven’t received a track & trace by Tuesday (4 September), please send us an email on info@knops.co, as something has gone wrong.

We won’t forget you guys, you are the very first that backed our project and made Knops a reality, thank you. We want you to know how much we appreciate your help. Your feedback, understanding, and patience have been of great help to us. We hope you’ll love your Knops.

Another important tip from our side (no pun intended): Try the different included ear tips so that you use the one that fits best and thus also ensures a good acoustic seal, which gives you the most optimal experience of the product! And remember, you have to pinch and roll the memory foam tips before inserting for the best fit (they will expand nice and snug with your body heat).

      Come on guys, you failed us really bad. I noticed that you are answering questions on the Indiegogo site but not in here also some of those people have received their pairs of knops already and we are still waiting. Try to get your act together and send us the items! Still no knops, tracking info or even email from you guys to answer the emails i've send to you!

      Hi! I’m backer 1180. I’ve received 1 pair, but have not received my second which should be white knurled. When I received my first pair I did get a tracking notice. Could I please get an update on my second pair? Thank you!

      Still waiting for my order. Got my shipping notification on September 8th. On the 12th tracking updated that the package was “processed in the country of destination”. Then on the 25th it updated that the package was returned to PostNL.
      I am moving in the next month and would really like to get my item before then.

      It has been nearly a month since this update, and almost 3 weeks since I sent an email requesting information that never got a response.
      Since emails seem to be overwhelming you guys, could you please provide another kickstarter update to clarify what's going on?

      Oh I almost forgot, they aren't wrapped in plastic and there was quite a bit of dirt/cardboard pieces in the package upon opening. I had to wipe the knops off before I even used them because they were dirty.

      I received my knops on the 21st, after they had been in customs for a week. (USA)

      I wish I could say I still cared enough to be disappointed, but the disappointment train left months ago.

      It actually hurts my ears to get them in properly. I have to pull every which way and the zeppelin still falls out half the time. I can tell the difference between closed and fully opened, but none of the other settings. Not to mention, I put the foam tips on and one came off in my ear. It wasn't that I didn't have it on completely, I tried several times to make sure after I got it out of my ear. That side just doesn't stay on. With the other tips I can barely tell a difference between the open and fully closed so I guess I'm stuck with the one that falls off.

      While I waited for these I bought a different brand that doesn't have settings for $20 and I never regretted them. I will keep the knops as a back up since I can't return them. They have to be unused for their satisfaction guarantee. How can you know if you're satisfied without using them? I should have returned the package without opening it. I could have them try to fix the foam tip I guess, but honestly, why bother? It was such a hassle already and they are just going to be an expensive back up set.

      Just got an email that my both my pairs are on back order!?!?!?!?!? Ridiculous...what a total scam! Lies lies lies. Looks like I’ll never see money or those broke as knops eveyobe says is garababe.

      Already emailed because I am SO ANGRY that my knops were returned to your country due to improper shipping label. I need a new shipment immediately or a full refund. My patience wore thin when a November 2017 ship date turned into September 2018 but this is too much.

      Hi! This is backer #2295 and it the second time I am writing. Did not hear back from you the first time. Despite all your updates, I have not received any word on my knops. Since you have apparently shipped out everything, I should have already received a tracking number for the package right? Please let me know.

      I've been patient. What is going on? Is it shipping or not? I was told that my order was "being processed by your shipping partner", that was 8 days ago.

      @Daniel: I have sent multiple mails to info@knops.co within the last two weeks, but never received an answer (no shipping information or tracking ever received). This is getting more and more frustrating.

      Same problem as @James Poh @Sushma Joseph and others: from PostNL tracking page: The item cannot be delivered and will be returned. I've sent two messages to Knops Facebook page and two mails, but not answer yet. Is this a joke or what?

      I have finally got my second pair (I ordered a black and a white, the white was delayed a few months and many promises). My wife doesn't like hers, so I doubt she is going to be using them. I have tried mine and I actually quite like them. No they don't block out a lot, but they do vary the amount when you turn them. Downsides is you cant really sleep with them as they will hurt your ears, and they don't turn well, in that most of the time trying to turn the ring pulls them out of my ears. Overall though I think they are something that I will probably use at times, they are quite good when practicing with my band, and fairly frequency neutral. It would be nice if they were more comfortable and the rings turned easily, and I think they are expensive for what they are, but they do have some value.

      I have the exact same problem as @James Poh and some others. Incomplete address and written to you twice with no reply at all! Would really appreciate a response to my last week's email.
      And this is just the story with my first pair of knops that's been shipped! God knows what's happening with my white knops and when it'd reach me!

      Dear Knops, i have had tracking but the local post has simply stated incomplete delivery address and sent it back to you.

      I have emailed you at least twice regarding this but have yet to receive a reply from you since this issue happened.

      You haven’t sent me an email about the delay! You did send one with the following message: “ Today we sent an update (which I am commenting on right now) about delivery.“ track and trace on Friday or Monday. Tuesday I did sent an email about not receiving t&t, you didn’t even respond to that.
      You changed my address two weeks ago, which you confirmed by email as well.

      I hope to receive track and trace tomorrow and my Knops before the weekend.

      @linda blom we sent you an email a couple of days ago that we had to cancel your order and add a new order to change your address. I can see that your order is at our shipping department ready to be sent out. I contacted them and they stated that they will send it out by tomorrow. So you should receive your track and trace by tomorrow.

      @Karl Hill your order has been shipped and a track and trace is sent to your email address. If you didn't receive that email, please send us a mail on info@knops.co so we can send you the track and trace.

      @Andreia and @Markus we are going through all our emails daily and have hired extra help to assist us with that today. We will get back to your emails as soon as possible.

      @all, thank you for your patience and feedback. We are shipping out the last orders as we speak. We just spoke to our shipping department and they told us that the last orders are being sent out today. If you haven’t received an email with a track and trace by tomorrow, please send us an email and we’ll sort out what has gone wrong for you.

      @Michelle Wong I have had a look at your order and that is strange. After we ship the order, the Dutch postal service takes over. I can't see what is going on in the country of destination Canada. You haven't received your order yet? Could you send us an email on info@knops.co, then we can discuss this further.
