Log in via your browser (not the app)
Click your avatar/icon and 'backed projects'
Under 'successful pledges' click on 'Knops'
You should see 3 headings 'Reward', 'Survey' and 'Messages'
This worked for me when the link didn't (as @Fata & @Stefan commented below the link just took me to the main page on Mac & iPhone - I think it was not creator's fault)
If that doesn't work sent a direct message rather than just commenting as it's easier for the creators to monitor.

Guys check out update 6 - it's a glitch on the form that it has to have something in it to complete - just put "-" or "n/a" or something, it doesn't matter.
If you didn't receive the survey do check your junk mail as they can sometimes end up there..
Also when you log in to KS it should prompt you to fill it in. If you use the website instead of the app you should be able to select the survey when you view your pledge details.
I haven't seen any of things everyone is talking about. I took the survey and saw nowhere to put choice of color in and now the respond link doesn't work

Sorry I just realised - as the campaign has ended you won't be able to change your pledge..
Check your pledge level and if you do want to change the outer ring then you'd have to get in touch directly..

The ring colour is determined by your pledge level - gold-plated, stainless steel or knurled.
If you want to change the ring colour you'll have to select another pledge.
Gold plated and knurled outer rings are more expensive than the stainless steel option.
For each of those you can choose black or white for the main body.

Getting back to you from the misunderstanding of free shipping. Apparently, when you pre-order through Indiegogo, it mentions free shipping, until you fill in your address and only then it automatically updates to the shipping price per country.

Yes we extensively tested with both men and woman. As you might guess, woman do have on average smaller ears then men. We made sure that Knops do fit woman without pressure points, but also stay inside the ears of man while turning the knob.
I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place for this but I couldn't find another way to contact you (im new to kickstarter).
My bank rejected the charge because they thought it may have been fraudulent. I resolved the issue with the bank, but I need the seller to process the transaction again.
Just want to make sure there are no delays on my end to getting my knops. I'm a commercial carpenter and I'm hoping these will be a far superior product to ear muffs/plugs.
Hi KNOPS Team, I am very excited about this product. Since childhood, I periodically have hypersensitive hearing to the point that a sheet of paper turning is deafening. It creates serious problems in day to day life. Earplugs don't touch the problem and are rude to wear in everyday life. I love that there is no electronics so the sound is authentic but quieter. I am very excited to try them and am very appreciative of your ingenuity and dedication!

In the video we see both men and women using Knops. I assume that you had many different types of people do testing the product and that Knops stays in place well for people that have different size ears? May sound strange, but it is a question we sometimes face with earbuds.
I can't wait to try Knops as I work in an open office concept and find it extremelly hard to concentrate. Also, I plan to test it on airplane to get some rest.
