      Hi Chadwick and Joe, just had the same issue as Richard happen with my pen: the top button came off and it looked like part of the plastic piece inside has broken off and now it won't stay in.

      Will email support with pictures.

      I was one of the people slamming the pen's click sound when I first got it - the guys sent me a new top piece and I've now been using it every day since February and it's great. I've been surprised at how well the finish has stood up to keys etc in my pockets. Thanks guys.

      Button-click atop my pen just blasted off. There are several broken pieces of plastic and will not hold when I put it all back together. Please help!

      I had a problem with my pen (like others here). When I emailed the support address I got a very quick response and then as soon as my information was confirmed a replacement parts was shipped out - and it arrived quickly as well. I just installed it and it works great. Thanks for all the support guys.

      I think there is something wrong with the clicking mechanism(?) on my pen. When I click the pen, the tip of the refill sticks out from the bottom and I have to pull the top to have it go back inside the pen cavity. Does anyone else have tjay sort of problem woth their pen? Sorry if I could not be more clear with my description.

      That's really strange, not sure what's gong on. So you have a thick screen protector on it? The pens work well on our iPad and phones both w/ screen protectors on.       Currently using a Pilot Q7 fine point refill. It is a great writer but does anyone have suggestions for a finer tipped refill that is just as smooth?

      After a few days of use, the plunger on my pen failed as well. It's unfortunate, I really enjoy quality pens and was looking forward to this.

      Mine also had a 'scratchy' click in it, which I didnt like very much but it's what can happen when you back innovative projects by inexperienced people on Kickstarter. I suspect it gets less over time, and probably would go a way with some lubrication.

      It got even worse though, after two days of actual use the endcap came off spring and all. The plastic part inside just snapped for no apparent reason. It looks like there is another point at which it was stressed greatly, though I never applied any force to it which could do this. I have the 'stonewashed' finish, did you guys by any chance do the tumbling with the finished pen rather than just the metallic parts? I would advise against that in the future!

      The only thing that would fix this is a new plastic thingy with instructions on how to fix the pen. Any chance of you guys sending me one? The look and feel of the pen are great, but it's not much use with the clicker separated from the rest of the pen..

      i am still facing inconsistency with the stylus on my ipad.

      sometimes it would just not register my writing or it requires alot of pressure.

      i have given my wacom bamboo away as i thought this is the only stylus/pen that i would need.

      any help on this? i have tried a few nib.

      I love it. One thing though, is there a trick to taking the stylus part off? I nearly ripped my first one apart because it was a bit tricky to take off. Other than that I am loving the weight, the click, and the feel of the pen!!! I've had this pen for a while now and I carry it with me everywhere! Thanks for the awesome product!

      In my daily rutine of clicking the pen a hundred times to solve the scratching issue this happened. While trying to insert It back into position the pen got stuck.

      The feel of the pen overall is good. The scratchy clicker is a bit annoying, but tolerable. Maybe it will go away.

      My issue with the design is that using the stylus end is sub-optimal. When trying to use the stylus the end of pen moves around several millimeters (due to the gap around the barrel) and it can also very easily compress the spring, making it move in and out, depending if I press on it or more carefully "hover" it over the iPad being careful to note press on it.

      When trying to use the stylus, the tip is moving in all 4 directions (in/out, all around). Makes it nearly impossible to use as an iPad stylus, especially for drawing.

      I'm probably going to have to either put tape inside around the tip to reduce the amount of play in it or just tape the entire end so it can't move at all. Then it won't retract, but at least I can use the stylus.

      Sorry to give this feedback, doing this kind of thing is so much work.

      So much better than i expected after the cold comments here! The scratching noise almost disappeared after a couple of weeks. The only problem is the clip that is really really strong, therefore hard to use.
