Risks and challenges
When developing the world’s first molecular coffee, there are of course unforeseen risks and challenges that could come along with the process, including development setbacks and ingredient sourcing difficulties. However, to mitigate as many risks as possible from the beginning, we have partnered with Mattson, leaders in food and beverage science innovation with over 40 years of experience in field.
Together, we are not only developing a revolutionary product, but have access to the top co-packers, bringing the highest quality to our molecular coffee. Additionally, we have a wide range of contributing experts who bring a plethora or knowledge, experience and networks to our project leading to its ultimate success.
Beyond our partners, we have confidence in ourselves. Each of our team members has brought innovative ideas to life and market before, and we look forward to the challenge of doing it again. While exciting, there is always a level of uncertainty when being the first in your field. The biggest risks we see are 1.) things could take a longer than we anticipate and/or 2.) it may be difficult or impossible to find naturally-derived ingredients for every compound. Rest assured, we will do everything we possibly can to deliver a quality product on time. Throughout the campaign and beyond, you will be receiving updates about our progress until Atomo is finally in your cup.
