sure it looks rough... but it kinda fits the theme ... it's not the time where precision machine is a thing yet... you get what you can.. but if you think it's best then I'm fine with it

The rough look suits the figurine. After all, the equipment were made of pieces of metal that was found.

unless it aims down the sights there would be no need for buttstock. A multipart plastik kit would be better to build custom pose or are You going to have a "Red Faction Toy Mech" produced?

Actually, that .stl file would make a nice bonus for the campaign. Might even increase my pledge if you throw it in...

Indeed quality of the print live a lot to our wishes :) but is not bad i see worst (forge world GW) big company but not care about quality, Will be much easy if you do some parts separately printing on resin 3d printer (formlabs) or powder printer for a master copy.
I got quiet good experience with 3d printing or working with resin (you can check my project on kickstarter)
      Regards :)

I was going to ask the same question. Can we get the file to print it ourselves?

      STL would be nice! :-)

A figure with that level of detail should be done on an SLA. While the strength of an FDM printer is nice, there are “tough” resins that can hold up well but guarantee you the detail. Even then it still looks great. Would you be willing to share the STL file so I can print one myself? Heck I will even print the SLA and FDM to show you what I mean.

I don't suppose I can get the stl file so I can print it at home? :P
