Ctrl+Alt+Del is a fun and always humorous comic that features the world of gaming. The story follows gaming fanatic Ethan MacManus, living the good life with his wife Lilah, his best friend Lucas, and of course his robot creation Zeke. The comic also features the quests of Players 1-4, the misadventures of nocturnal vigilantes Analog and D-Pad, and the Starcaster Chronicles series. Learn more about the comic below in the FAQ!
In Legendary Showdown, each player controls a line of characters. At the end of the round, the characters at the front of each line fight.
Players use cards to rearrange their line and the lines of other players to change which characters will compete.
Characters can be strengthened (or sabotaged) in many delightful ways with special bonuses, weapons, and secret facedown cards,
Action cards can be used to employ numerous strategies and keep your opponents guessing.
The round suddenly ends when enough players pass, and the strongest front character wins the round! All of the other front characters are discarded, and the last player standing wins.

More from Killer Robot Games
Legendary Showdown: Gamer's Quest can be mixed and matched with Dr. McNinja's Legendary Showdown and Legendary Showdown: Machines and Magic (featuring the web comic worlds of Girl Genius and Gunnerkrigg Court) for new strategies and game play that crosses comic worlds. Each version features different action cards, weapons, bonuses and characters for a new game play experience. You can buy other versions of Legendary Showdown, challenge coins, and magnets at the Killer Robot Games store. Each version can be played as an independent game or you can combine all three to reach a new level of awesome! Each edition is printed to the same specs with the closest matching and highest quality cardstock available. Every effort has been made to perfectly match the printing between different editions, but because they were printed at different times, there may be minor variations associated with market availability of supplies and natural printing variation. If present, these changes should be minor and will not interfere with game play.

See what people have to say about Legendary Showdown!
The game itself is the right blend of skill (in how you play your cards) and luck (in what cards you get dealt, both for your characters and your actions/powerups). It's easy to pick up the rules, too—I actually really love the simple, clear rulebook and how there's a section at the end to cover the questions about those "but wait, what happens if.." moments, rather than trying to cover them in the basic rules section. - Joan
I have been a fan of tabletop games for quite a long time. So while I could compare it to other games, I could see that this game had some killer new gameplay elements to make this a fun game. This has become one of my go-to games for introducing people to tabletop games. My coworker who has never played any tabletop games before has become obsessed and often will give up other opportunities to play Legendary Showdown. I've never seen a game do this before in all my many years introducing people to tabletop games. Get the game, you'll love it. - B. Walker
Very easy to learn, can be played pretty quickly, and is accessible even to those who haven't read the comic. The cards are hilarious, the artwork is beautiful, I can't recommend it enough. - S. Harrington
Estimated Project Timeline
June 2016 - Complete Kickstarter campaign
July 2016 - Prepare the final print files and begin manufacturing
October 2016 - Receive games, coins, and magnets and begin shipping rewards
The game has been discounted to offset the shipping cost. Shipping within the USA will be shipped by priority mail. We only charge shipping for the base reward level. Any add-on items are shipped for free.
For rewards going to the European Union, shipping and add-on prices are slightly higher because they include VAT so you won't have to pay it later and pick up your rewards from a customs office (that makes it easier and cheaper for you). We will ship games to European Union backers directly from Europe.
For international backers outside the European Union, we will be shipping your rewards to you directly, unless there are enough backers in your country to allow us to use a fulfillment service.
Once you've selected your reward level, additional add-ons can be added to to any of the pledge levels except $1. Shipping on all add-ons are free. To include add-on's to your pledge level, just increase the pledge amount listed in the chart below for each additional reward. You will receive a survey later to allow you to decide which rewards you want delivered.
Risks and challenges
Just about all of the work is already completed and we have physical prototypes in hand for most of the rewards.
We've also been promised that the robot apocalypse won't start for at least a few months, which leaves us plenty of time to deliver your copy of Legendary Showdown: Gamer's Quest!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
