Almost final International shipping update

Dear backers, the good news is that all of the European orders and Canadian orders have shipped. The bad news is that the handful of Asia orders are still waiting on our dock (due to a gross misrepresentation by our freight forwarder). We are now using a new one and these should ship on Monday, finally fulfilling the kickstarter.

I know many of you are disappointed by the delays and many errors (as are we), but we sincerely hope that the excellent quality of the final products makes up for this.

@S Naomi Scott: Kenzer refuse to comment on who is handling EU/UK shipment. If it's GamesQuest we will undoubtedly wait much longer for fulfilment. The Kickstarters distributed by them form a queue. A long queue.
But like I say, Kenzer just won't comment, here or on the public forums. Its a month now since the books have allegedly shipped. No idea on when they will arrive, and the typical non-existent communication from this project continues.

I am in Australia, any news on when Australian backers will have items shipped?

Hiya - Backerkit isn't showing my pledge as shipped (UK), and I've not had any confirmation e-mails. Any chance you could advise? Is EU/UK fulfilment being handled by a third party?

This Canuck got his stuff weeks ago and it all arrived in the right quantities and in pristine condition. Thank you!

When will the shipping errors be addressed (missing components), even simply acknowledged?
