Really sorry to do this... But I'm having some real regrets about the colour option I've chosen for the survey, and am wondering if it's still possible to make a change... Please do let me know and help if possible �
I have send several e-mails explaining that I am not able to modify my pledge options. Each time you tell me I can modify my survey and you send me a link to access the survey.
But the link shows me a review of the survey, nothing to modify it.
This has been going on and on for several e-mails and I am tired of this situation. Please tell me how to change my options or do it for me!
I know you already have our money etc but when can we expect to see the water bottle pocket actually in use? People were so excited to get one but have never seen it. I wanna see just how gorgeous that thing is and how well it adds to the lines of the bag when in use. *sarcasm*

People, I do not intend this to sound harsh. However, after reading some of the more recent questions I would urge you to SLOW DOWN and read over the material that is already posted in photos and descriptions about what is included etc.
While I am extremely excited to see what is produced, I encourage you to be patient. Let the creators create.
They can either moderate redundant questions or go create something awesome that we are all waiting to receive ! I vote for the later.

The survey does not include specific information on the suspention pack. They cover color of the pack, pen, utility hook, but not about the added suspention pack. My pledge was to include the suspension pack.

Haha, now that you guys mentioned, I only noticed the inner lining color of the straps. Didn't choose the black/blue so makes no difference to me. I love blue but somehow in this case because of its reflective nature material I find the blue too dark in color. It makes the interior very dim. Just my personal opinion. The good point though is that the dark blue is not prone to dirt :)

Hi backers! If you received two surveys from us, please disregard the first one. It was flawed but we fixed it. The fixed surveys will be sent to your emails today and if not by today then tomorrow the latest. Please do know that the surveys are being sent out in batches so some of you may have received it already while others haven’t.
The reason why there’s shipping fees from the extra rewards is because we actually ship the backpacks directly from our manufacturer's country. This means we have to ship the extra add-on rewards separately, therefore costing extra shipping fees. On top of that, one package’s international shipping average is usually over $60, including the backpack, small items in the combo as well as its shipping insurance. But to minimize the cost for you backers, we have cut down those shipping costs by more than half of their original prices, which means KP is covering the rest of those shipping fees from our end. We are certainly trying our best to provide you guys great deals and we appreciate your understandings. Please feel free to inbox us for more questions or concerns!
