All holiday gift orders have been shipped, and the remaining orders are now in production.
Success! Everyone who specified on their survey that the reward they backed was to be a holiday gift has either received their purchase, or it will be arriving in the mail by tomorrow at the very latest. Additionally, all of the post cards have been sent out.
So here is what happens next: All of the orders that were placed will be produced and sent out ASAP. Our original timeline projected that we would have all of the orders produced by the end of next week, we regret to say that is not possible to follow that timeline and we apologize for the delay in production, but good news is that you are still 100% guaranteed to get your reward. Production was slowed down due to some issues with our new (used) industrial machines which took a few weeks to fix. While we are still working to get one of the machines operating correctly, we are still able to produce everything, just at a slower pace, but still pretty quickly.
We now estimate that orders will be completed and sent out to everyone by the end of February, and every order will be shipped individually immediately after it is produced. If you for some reason would like to have your order prioritized, please message us and let us know, you don't even have to give a reason, just say you want to be moved to the front of the line. Some of you have also expressed that it is no rush and that you are fine with us taking our time, so these will be produced last - so if you are in no hurry and are okay with receiving your order in late February, please message us and let us know that too.
If your order was intended as a gift and you have not yet received it, please let me know asap so I can expedite it or track down if it was lost in the mail.
