Welcome home to Cottage Hill – where rain boots and ball gowns are perfectly appropriate. Here, we value family, unconditional love and all of those old-fashioned traditions that honor the sacred wedding vows. We celebrate beautiful weddings, inspire forever marriages and whole-heartedly believe in the promises of living a meaningful life. We believe the wedding is only the beginning.

We need your help to create our first print edition - the Homecoming Issue - so we can share this message to brides, newlyweds and readers everywhere!

We are committed to developing an exclusive advertising community of high-quality artists, and are only accepting a limited number of advertisements. Funds for printing are not as sufficient as it would be if we created a publication saturated with distracting advertisements. We need your help with printing so we can meet the needs of potential distributors and wholesalers across the nation!

With countless wedding blogs vying for brides’ attention and media declaring perfection as the standard, what makes Cottage Hill different?

Cottage Hill is grounded on a mission that declares elegance and substance as a standard - there is no room for perfection, which does not exist. 

Cottage Hill emphasizes authentic style based on real people and love stories rather than contrived style based on trends and what’s “in.” Love-filled stories are our sole inspiration.

We have a very unique approach to advertising through Silver Cup. It’s important that the integrity of our mission extend beyond features and reach even our limited advertisements. Through invitation and application only, we promote artists who are not only passionate about our mission, but create and celebrate work that is sincere. 

Cottage Hill is current. While our mission is rooted in old-fashioned traditions like honesty, beauty and love, our work takes those ideals and presents them in a very modern and fresh way. 

We believe in developing original work - so much so, that we will be sharing original shoots from the Cottage Hill team every week for our blog beginning in October. 

We are not a wedding publication. We are not a lifestyle publication. We are a legacy publication - we celebrate the legacy that begins the moment you say, “I do."

What to expect from Cottage Hill’s first issue! 

Our first issue is the Homecoming issue! Why? Because we believe that marriage is the beginning of a new home, new family. Again, we want to remind brides that the real adventure begins after the wedding. Strong marriages create strong families, which create strong communities. Imagine what kind of universal impact would be felt if even just a few of our readers took that message to heart?

An exclusive preview from Cottage Hill - Homecoming!

The Cottage Hill team is laying out the first issue, the Homecoming issue, with Kathryn of Crème Brands. Here is an exclusive preview to one of our spreads featuring creative work by Kaitlin Holland Creative, photography by Nancy Ray Photography and story by Meredith Peebles. We are only sharing this story to follow Kickstarter guidelines, so enjoy this very special feature and preview!

What makes this preview so special, is that it’s from our lifestyle section of the magazine focusing on marriage and life after the honeymoon - something that truly sets us apart from the rest.

Risks and challenges

The Homecoming issue is being designed and laid out as we speak! Our biggest challenge after being successfully funded is fulfilling distributor needs and online orders quickly. We want to be sure we can meet the national demand efficiently as to secure the success and longevity of the publication.
