If you don't have a burr grinder yet, we recommend the Baratza http://www.amazon.com/Baratza-Encore-Conical-Coffee-Grinder/dp/B007F183LK or http://www.amazon.com/Baratza-585-Virtuoso-Coffee-Grinder/dp/B000EG70IK. If you're traveling, we highly recommend the http://porlex%20mini%20hand%20grinder/.
Yes, we absolutely do. We make filters for http://www.kaffeologie.com/shop/k250-filter-for-chemex/, http://www.kaffeologie.com/shop/k250-filter-for-hario-v60/ and http://www.kaffeologie.com/shop/k165-filter-for-siphon-or-vacuum-pot/ coffee brewers. We are always interested in new brewers that might need awesome steel filters. If you think of one we don't have covered, http://www.kaffeologie.com/contact-us/.
No. We are unaffiliated with Aerobie, and this would be a good time to mention that AeroPress is a reserved trademark of Aerobie. We use the word exclusively to refer to their coffee brewer, and it's not a part of the S Filter's name. We think the AeroPress brewer can make some awesome coffee, and we encourage you to pick up an AeroPress if you don't have one already. ;)
The S Filter is 2.45" in diameter, and .017" thick. If you're wondering whether it fits anything besides an AeroPress, we really don't know. We can't recommend the S Filter for anything but the AeroPress since we only designed the filter to fit the AeroPress.
