Happy new year, everyone!

I hope everyone has had a great start to 2018 so far, and that you've all enjoyed either your physical or digital copies of The Wayward Astronomer. If you haven't cracked open the book yet, now is a great time to start reading because nominations for the 2017 Ursa Major Awards are now open until February 15th.

The Ursa Major awards are nominated and decided by fans, not by a committee or a panel of judges. You can nominate your favorite works from all sorts of categories, and I need your help to nominate The Wayward Astronomer for Best Anthropomorphic Novel and Dreamkeepers Prelude for Best Anthropomorphic Comic Strip.

*Nominate Here*

Nominations are open until Feb 15th 2018, and voting on the winners for each category will proceed throughout the month of March. Only people who register to nominate will be eligible to vote when the final list comes out!

This is a great opportunity to not only nominate my book, or David Lillie's work, but also any other works within the greater anthro fandom that you enjoy! The strength of our work comes from the great fans that support us, whether it's myself, David Lillie, or countless of other supremely talented men and women who pour passion into their work. Sharing the art we love with others makes the entire genre stronger and more vibrant, so don't hold back!

I also want to extend my sincere thanks to the dozens of people so far who have left such great and thoughtful reviews for The Wayward Astronomer on Amazon. This book may not be a New York Times Bestseller yet, but I've received so much great encouragement from readers and it makes me feel truly special to hear that my work made your life better, even if just one tiny bit.

Thanks again for all of your support and for considering my book for nomination for the Ursa Major Award. You can learn more about the Ursa Major Awards by checking out their homepage, or following them on Twitter and Facebook.

Thanks for the help, and please spread the word to help all the creators you love!
