"It's Elemental! 5 Juicy Self Care Programs for Healthy & Happy Living"
is a compilation of my over 30 years of world travels, studying and practicing a wide variety of healthy lifestyle, yoga, dance and healing arts. I have long wanted to produce a handbook to offer along my practice sessions, events and wellness programs, as I'm often asked to share my delicious recipes and show how to do certain remedies and exercises. Well, this book is all that. ~ With an easy to read and follow along format, filled with good tips for living healthier and happier, in tune with our inner and outer elemental relations.
What's unique about my handbook is that it offers a quiz to determine which of the elements; Air/breathing, Water/cleansing, Earth/diet, Fire/creativity, Spirit/energy ~ that you need to cultivate, heal or tonify to achieve better life balance at this present moment. You may have money, but no honey. Or you may be fit, but full of sh-t, eating what you think is ok food, but it's actually not. You may be congested, constipated, bloated and not feeling good at all. You may feel lonely, lost, exhausted or disconnected, its all understandable, life is challenging and changeable. As you honor and nurture all parts of your elemental being, healing and transformation is possible.
I'm passionate to share about the importance of healthy living, loving and caring for yourSelf and how to be a blessing in the world. Writing this book was challenging, as I have sooo much to share from my own expereinces and working with thousands of clients. Sooo many great hand-outs, so many natural health remedies and recipes. Thanks to my writer friend Ilene Segalove, who helped me keep the material short and to the point, and to my awesome graphic artist Melanie Mitchell, who did book layout and fun icons, and my bestie Susan Wyler for fine tune editing. I love the co-creative process, and now I'm hoping to get these handbooks printed and shared with YOU all...
My intention with this handbook is to inspire you to live in FLOW with your elemental being.
