Matt, thanks for the feedback. Your creation sounds delicious! Any word you can spread about the product and the new project (i.e. on facebook, twitter,...) is greatly appreciated if you are able to do so!

Thank you and have a great week.

Hi Josh -- I just wanted to let you know that we busted out your giardiniera today and it was delicious. Perfect addition to our favorite homemade breakfast sandwich (eggs and slice of pepper jack cheese on an english muffin). Best of luck in your new campaign! ~Matt

Received mine the beginning of the week. Haven't opened it yet but it looks good. Thanks and good luck to you.

Made my own this weekend from veggies from local market. Easy, fabulous. Yeah, I can make my own, but I'm here to support new business, bring the flavor, heat and deliciousness!

I may be interested in picking up vs. having it shipped (provided you're pretty close to public transportation). Thanks for making that option available.

I left an update about meeting up one day in Chicago instead of shipping for those of you want it and throwing in a small jar instead of shipping costs!

As for the ingredient listing, of course!
carrots, celery, cauliflower, olvies, serranos, cayenne, celery seed, paprika, crushed red, oregano, black pepper, salt, r.w. vinegar, minced and dried onion, sea salt, and oil.

Thank you for the inquiries, it is nice to know people are so interested in this project!

Is there any chance you could list the ingredients?

Hiya! I'm in Chicago - so if the shipping cost is super high, we can just meet at a farmers market or somewhere and the extra funds can go to the cause.
