"Fractured Love: Expectations and the Reality of Heartbreak" is a musical project centered around the theme of heartbreak, focusing largely on its romantic elements in relation to teenage angst. The songs have a pop-rock appeal - citing slowly crooned verses and noteworthy chorus hooks - yet also deal with an entirely more complex side of heartbreak, which becomes evident in the lyrics and instrumentation of the project.
With the help of local young musicians Phoebe Radcliffe, Rob Grote, Evan Graver, Connor Jacobus, and many others, my original songs have risen to an entirely new level of musical integrity, which I hope is evident in the completion of this album.
WHAT THE MONEY IS FOR:
Recording: The album will be recorded in "The Oil Tank," the home recording studio of local musician Jason Mundok.
Mastering: This process is "oh-so-essential" in allowing the album to have professional sound quality.
Production: Pressing the CD and giving it a little nice packaging so you are able to take it home and share it with your loved ones.
Thanks everyone! Your support is ALWAYS appreciated!
