How about an update?
Got an update? It's been a long time!
Well, no kidding, since GenCon passed by the time you wrote that.
A status update would be great.
Rob, great questions. The plan is to ship whatever is available first. It's hard to tell what will come first. I won't be able to attend Gencon unfortunately.
Thanks for reaching out.
i look forward to playing this regardless of how long it takes :-)
Yes, that's not a problem. Send me a direct message and I'll make sure to update your address.
Hi, I'm moving house suddenly in 5 days, is there a way of changing my address? Thankee :)
I really want to keep this constructive and positive. I really, really do.
I want your game to succeed. I want you to be happy with how it turns out. I want all of us to be happy too. I wish you nothing but the best of luck in what you're doing...
But you're taking some serious risks with this project. I have *never* seen a game producer skip the white proofs and color proofs and just head blindly into production. I also can't imagine a company like Panda doing that. If you're relying on Playford to handle all of this for you, I strongly suggest you talk to someone else who has even the most basic experience producing a game and get their opinion on the situation.
At this point, I have extremely low confidence that most folks are going to be pleased with how this whole project turns out in the end.
My understanding is that we will receive a final finished unit. If anything is not to specification they will do a reprint.
Thanks for the update, Jon! This is great news, can't wait to see the final product - it'll be a great addition to my gaming group's pile of games!
"With assurances from Panda"...
What's the repercussion if they don't? Everyone just gets poor quality tiles? That would be a huge shame, especially if the alternative is just to wait a few more weeks for a new tile proof.
