We got the amazing opportunity to play Lord of the Chords with 12-year-old Chloe Chua from Singapore, joint first place winner of 2018's Yehudi Menuhin Junior Category International Young Violinist's Competition. She thoroughly enjoyed the game! Here is a little snippet of the conversation we had after the game.
Us: Did you enjoy yourself?
Us: What did you like about the game?
Chloe: [It was] very fun and interesting, and it tests your theory as well.
Us: Do you find music theory more interesting now?
Chloe: Yeah! 'Cause last time when I did theory and aural, I was so scared. When I went to test, I was hesitating before I even answered, 'cause I wasn't confident.
Us: Do you feel that if you play this game many times, you'll become more confident?
Chloe: Hahaha I think so! And the illustrations are very funny :D
Us: Did you find the game difficult?
Chloe: Not really, no. (She's a prodigy after all)
Us: Is there anything you want to tell us about the game/anything you'd like us to change?
Chloe: It's very good!
