Thanks for the Support

I just wanted to thank everyone that donated to my cause. Unfortunately, I did not meet my goal in time, but it will not detract me from having my artistic creativity, or hurt my confidence in any way. In fact, I feel inspired that so many people donated what they did. Some donaters were people I know personally, some I know through family members, and some I do not know personally at all. I feel encouraged to continue working on what I do, because there are people that support my vision. Thank you all once again, I very much appreciate and love all of you!!

Jon - go see Steve Cruz at MFA gallery in Oak Cliff. It's an alternative space, and has a "project room" for smaller works by lesser known artists - so in effect if you got in there you would be the 2nd artist and opening along with someone with more of a following. I think you're expenses there would be limited to chipping in for some beverages for the opening.

      Good luck!

We can make this happen. If you will, consider lowering the goal. From what I gathered, you were planning on a large percentage of the funds to rent a gallery.
I'm not sure if Bill has shared with you, but many of my partners own restaurants and bars. Several have art shows hanging in order to both build awareness and find new homes for the art.
If you decide to start another project, please know that we will do our part to help you become successful. My sister Kathy has her eyes on one of your works. Once we find out which one, we can get it a new home in New Castle, IN.
