Posted by Jon Atherton (Creator)

Here's a small video update I just put together showing single player games. Multiplayer game update in a few days.

Yes, I would like an update too, considering it's been almost a month and a half since the last update. Jon -- I'm sure you're busy as hell, and I think all us Kickstarter backers understand that. I think we also understand there can be some delays. The only thing we ask of is to be kept in the loop. Even just a quick update saying "Working hard to make the best product possible, and so we're delayed a bit -- shipping estimate has been delayed until xxxx" would be more than ok. When we backers don't get any update for awhile, we get worried. That being said, I hope to hear some good updates soon!

Robert, he indeed has. But that could simply mean that the SDK is cross-platform, that it will function cross-platform, that someone can *write* cross-platform games, etc. All of these could be 100% true, yet still not mean that it *comes with* the same suite of games shown in this video in BOTH platforms up front. It might come with these four games in iOS, and only one in Android, or none save a toolkit, and we Android people must go build our own in order to have any. We haven't seen any videos of the device actually playing any Android versions of the games, after all, and if *I* were deveoping it, I'd have bought a month-by-month Android phone just so I could test such things. But then, I'm a professional beta-tester, and having such gear for cross-platform testing is a given for me. (Not in Android, i'm not an Android dev. But for other software, yes.)

All I'm asking for is what others are asking for -- specificity and clarity, so we know that the Android users are getting the same thing the Apple users are, out of the box. So far, we haven't, and box pictures that don't even MENTION Android don't reassure ME, at least.

He has repeatedly posted that this will be cross platform... iOS, Android and Windows Phone.

Ok, just to take some of the sting out of my repeated posts...the reason I keep carping on this is that when you talk only about the "App Store" that says "Apple", so please sometimes mention "Market" if Android is going to be supported. It would make us feel so much better, ok? Apple has sued other companies for using "AppStore" to mean online facilities for Android apps, so when you just say "App Store", it doesn't reassure the Android owners. Please mention the Android Market if the apps will be available there as well, and we'll be a lot less antsy. Or, at least, I know that I will be. If you do, I will stop bugging you completely.

The four apps out of the box that you demo here...iOS AND Android, right? Please? Please Android?

Yes, June is almost over... I don't really mind waiting a bit longer, but I would like an estimate as well.

What is the updated ETA for the blasters?

      Too cool
Could also have PDF that we can print at home to add more/different target generators
