I haven’t received a backer kit message at all. I’ve checked all possible locations amongst my email folders as well. Are they still sending them out to your backers?
@ALL This is NOT a problem with how John and Guy set this up. This is a product of the platform. Something that could not be prevented based on the fact that they are at the mercy of the technology.
It is high unfortunate for everyone involved including John and Guy. This is something that only Backerkit can resolve.

I'm not seeing the Ancestral Vision mat as an additional item to add via pledge...
i think they shouldve inquired more about the process, if they knew they'll be sent out in batches, they shouldve paused to sale of the mats till everyone got them , to give everyone a fair chance... because right now theres no way to get that playmat and thousands of people are gonna be disappointed, not cuz they were too slow, but because they literally couldnt do anything about it

@Jad Ramadan If by "they" you mean John and Guy, they did nothing wrong. They do not send the emails to manage your pledge on BackerKit. BackerKit sends the emails. If you want to talk to someone, talk with someone at BackerKit.
Don't blame John and Guy for the delay in the emails. It's an issue with Backerkit being slow.
Assuming the numbers on the Backerkit money raised reflect how many people have had their emails, not even 1k have had them. Even if you err on the side of caution and assume not everyone's checked their emails, there's still a good chance that anywhere up to 75% of backers haven't had their emails yet.
and i bet you they wont even do anyhing to make it up to us, theyll just ignore this and carry on...
Sure enough, as soon as I got the email, I opened and filled out the form the second I got it, The ancestral playmat was already gone and not an option to purchase. FML
Im very disappointed, they did everything right, but ended up fucking up with the one thing that mattered the most.

There might be a chance that any add-on's we may want could be gone by time we get our invite.
To the creator, I'd definitely get with Backerkit and complain a bit about the sluggishness of the emails. There isn't any technical reason why they should need to send only a few hundred emails every few minutes. There's all kinds of email services out there that can handle a much greater load than this.
That aside, not complaining about anything you all are doing. You guys are doing a good job and appreciate being kept up-to-date.
Hey guys - just wanted to thank you for being so communicative about the progress in this campaign! Definitely the best comm I've received from a Kickstarter, and it's a relief to know y'all: A) have things under control, and B) care enough about your backers to spend time updating us on progress.

Exactly, by them sending in batches, and only 250 of the Ancestral playmat being available gives a huge disadvantage to those who are in later batches.
I'm afraid that I'll miss the Ancestral Playmat because of this... :(
I have no such survey from backerit
can u pause the selling of the mats, for those who did not recieve yet? cuz it will be so annoying if we will not be able to buy due to this issue
