About this project
The story started in Intangible.
Twins Sera and Luke Raine have a well-kept secret—she heals with a touch of her hand, he sees the future. All their lives they've helped those in need on the sly. They've always thought of their abilities as being a gift.
Then Luke has a vision that Sera is killed. That gift they've always cherished begins to feel an awful lot like a curse. Because the thing about Luke's ability? He's always right.
And he can't do anything about it.
And continues now in Imaginable.
Dark creatures seek out Sera to take advantage of her gift. Helping them could mean the end of the Realm. Not helping them could be the death of her friends. Or herself.
Luke struggles to figure out how to bring on a vision to find Sera before it's too late. Unlocking a new facet of his ability, he's faced with becoming the hunted himself.
These are the first two novels in a new Young Adult contemporary fantasy series. The books are clean reads—no sex, swearing (just some mild language), drugs, or alcohol. They are written to be enjoyable for all readers aged 13 to 103.
Intangible has been well received since its release on January 31, 2012. It has 142 reviews on Amazon with a 4.4 star average and 337 ratings/249 reviews with a 4.21 star average on Goodreads (over 200 of those reviews are from book bloggers). (Click the links to see the reviews.)
INTANGIBLE is completed and released, so this Kickstarter funding is for the second book in the series, IMAGINABLE. If you or someone you love would enjoy reading a series like this, please support this project. By doing so you not only get to preorder the book (which you can't do anywhere else!), but you also get some really cool stuff (seriously, check out those rewards).
You also get to be a part of the publishing process by helping to fund the production costs of IMAGINABLE, which will include: an editor, a copy editor, publicity and marketing, and cover design. The funds raised will also help cover the costs of establishing wider distribution for both books, making paperbacks available to libraries and bookstores.

FREE SHORT STORY
Luke and his twin sister Sera have unusual abilities. Hers is a
gift—she can heal with a touch of her hand. His is a curse—he can see
the future but he can't do anything about it.
On a hike up the mountain, Luke has a vision unlike any other—one that leaves him terrified. Knowing that it will come true—and that he must do everything in his power to stop it—leaves his own future uncertain.
"Intuition" was written with the intent that it would always be free. It's a short teaser of a story that serves as an introduction to Sera, Luke, and the premise of the Intangible series. Please grab a copy for yourself!
WHO I AM
Jen Meyers, aka J. Meyers
I've been a professional writer working in the publishing industry for the last 18 years. I'm an avid reader (and lover) of YA novels because I think they are the most creative and well-written books on the market (and because I love how the stories are always infused with hope). I'm also the mother of four young kids who encourages them to fill their minds with ideas, their hearts with love, and their hands with great books.
Thanks for checking out this Kickstarter project!
Thank you! :-)
