Fresh Coffee — No Matter What

At Bonaverde, we know that all good things come with some growing pains. Thank you to all of you who’ve been patient through our hiccups with the Concierge. We’ve sorted things out, and the Concierge is ready to serve all your coffee needs again. Still, we’ve sent all with machines a solution to make sure you’ll always be able enjoy a fresh cup of coffee, no matter what. RFID post cards have been shipped to all machine users. You’ll be able to use the “Roast” and “Grind & Brew” cards to make coffee anytime, with any bean, through any more growing pains the Concierge may go through — for an open ecosystem, just as we’ve always intended.

Kike developed a special roast profile for these cards, perfect for 45g of any green bean. It’s full-bodied, with highlights of fruity and floral notes and a balanced flavor. He calls it “The Wave.” We think you’re going to like it.

 We also brought a few new members onto the Coffee Revolution team this week. They got a fun start, jumping in with both feet to help us label and ship thousands of postcards! Big welcome to Magda, who will be serving as Marketing Operations Manager; Can, who some of you have already met through his work as our Customer Support star; and Pete, who is handling European operations, including coffee and machine shipments!

      Hi! got my machine months ago, but I finally unpacked it today - ! I couldn't find the air filter - perhaps I accidentally discarded it (!). Maybe that's why I'm getting an error message with the blue? I was unable to connect the machine using the IMEI # on the bottom - 35704206158190 - and my serial # is 2017230254. Have tried to order more air filters from your site, but there's nowhere to enter U.S.A. on the country (have you given up on us 😉?) Anyway, please help me get my beans roasted and my coffee brewed - and let me know how to get some more air filters as well? Thanks very much! Longtime supporter and backer - Kathleen
