Books!

E-books, that is!

That's right, the e-books are on their way (actually, they should be there by now; they're quite fast).  I do apologize for the technical difficulties that resulted in a few people receiving multiple emails and file types. If you got the wrong file in error, let me know, but I think everything should be sorted now.

If you did not receive an e-book it means that either you backed and did not request a reward, or that you haven't yet filled out your Backer Survey. As soon as those last survey responses trickle in, you'll have your books! (If neither of those is the case, it means something wonky happened, and please send me your email so I can get your book to you AsAp).

Also, thanks to the incredible Terry Roy of TERyvisions.com, my book looks all grown up now. (See pic at the bottom!) Check out the makeover.

One kind backer inquired about the mini comic featuring artwork by Akreon and Tanathe. In my eagerness to get the e-books out to everyone, I made the decision to send that artwork as a separate file. Thanks for continuing along kindly with me and being supportive as I learn the ropes of the e-book biz, and just how long it takes to get things done (at least for a newbie like me).

At a later date, I may reformat the e-book files to Include the mini comic, only for my backers. If you would be interested in that, please send me an email at jessowen.writer@gmail.com . Keep in mind, this would be later in the summer.

Okay, now for some gooey stuff. I'm just sitting on pins and needles now-- you have my book.

Oh my GOSH.

You have My Book.

I can't wait to hear what you think of it.

Fair winds.

“You have to write the book that wants to be written. And if the book will be too difficult for grown-ups, then you write it for children.”

P.S. You should have a .mobi file . If you got a pdf or an epub by mistake I can send you the other file.

Another lady had this trouble but she figured it out last night; I was looking for Help articles and she posted this: I figured it out! I had to login to my Amazon.com account and then click on Manage Your Kindle > Manage Your Devices. In that window was a list of my devices – my iPhone being one of them. There was also a special email address for me... to forward your original email with the mobi file attached directly to my iPhone. I forwarded your email and voila . . . the next time I logged into my Kindle on my iPhone – there it was! Song of the Summer King!

--Let me know if this helps you, if not, we'll keep looking!
