I finished recording a new album. It was written while touring my last full-length album 'Automechanic,' and during the year after that while I was living in Nashville. It's called 'Peace & Information.'
I recorded it in California with my friends Jonathan Wilson as producer and Bryce Gonzales as engineer. (Same producer & engineer as 'Automechanic,' if you're keeping track.) Also playing on the record are our friends: Dan Horne, Gabe Noel, and Paul Cartright. We recorded live to 2" tape for quality sound and transferred that to the computer to overdub and edit digitally- best of both worlds.
Tracklist: Case Study, Funeral For My Former Self, People, Hey Tumbleweed, Go Away, Power + Charm, Intuition, If You're Lonely, Trauma Jules, Seashells, High Regard.
Holy Trinity Records & You.
I started Holy Trinity Records in 2010 and have released three albums. By ordering the record, tee shirt, book, etc, you will directly fund the new album's release in Spring 2017 and I will be wildly grateful. I set the bar at a chill $8K for the basics and hope we go higher. The money will go toward mastering, artwork, and the manufacturing of CDs & vinyl. If it goes higher, we can actually cover PR and a video. Stay tuned for release date- planning for May/June.
Holy Trinity Records was named after a basketball jersey worn by Leon Russell in 1970. RIP
This is a fully independent release. If you share the record with friends, thank you. And, if you make films or photos, write for a magazine, website, work in radio, a record store, streaming site, and would like to help with this album cycle, please reach out.

Risks and challenges
(Kickstarter requires a section dedicated to risks and challenges but I would like to point out there is little risk involved in a Kickstarter for a rock and roll album. It's a privilege to have your support. The greater challenges were overcome in the songs.)
1. I'm planning for a May/June release, and hopefully we can achieve that. Working on masters & artwork now and need to meet those deadlines in order to set the date. You'll be notified of release date or any delays by 4/1/2017.
2. Actually: The biggest challenge for me will be anxiety. Fixing myself to the internet for a month, frequent posting on social media - especially now, while my country is in moral crisis… will affect my state of being. I will overcome it by breathing deeply, engaging in thoughtful activism, and enjoying the process of putting together a book. -->($28 - 'Yeah Dog, I Have Your Stupid Bone.')<--Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
