@Freek, I'm with you; I love the Jelly phone. Many of the issues people have with it seem to originate between the phone and the chair - that's certainly the case with Kevin. He has been spitting poison in all directions since the beginning of this forum, with his posts often showing him up as having lied previously. I get well over a full day from the phone (as have others) and it works flawlessly. One thing I would like to see is a wallet-type case so the screen is protected.....but I can get by as i have a couple of normal screen guards. This is my favourite phone to take when going out. Does all I need, works really well and fits in any pocket I have. Love it! Thanks Unihertz... pleased bring us Oreo as soon as you can :)

I have a problem with the battery which discharges really fast, even on economy status.
I have looked for new batt to be used as additional, but not available on yr site for France (only for Germany in Europe). When do you think it possible for you to ship to France or what kind of alternative battery can I use ?
Pls understand that If I have to connect almost permanently an external battery to my Jelly, I lose totally the benefit of the small size phone...

Can't I create additional users?
How do other people think about the bluetooth of the jelly? I think it is really poor... Can‘t even use it while running. The phone and headset are less than 1m away from each other and still I get very short interruptions in the music... It happen when I hold the phone in my hand right hand, it happens when I have it in my right pocket... If I have the Jelly on my left side it‘s even worse. And no it‘s not my phones because I‘ve got 2 different headsets an they both do the same thing with the Jelly. With my iPhone I can be away several meters and still have a perfect audio connection. Unless there‘s a fix for this it‘s bye bye for the Jelly for me and I‘m back to a headset with cable while running (and no... I‘m not taking my iPhobe while running

This is all lies. I have completed the survey twice now on your request. This must be a standing excuse you spit out in an effort to deflect the fact that you have no integrity as a supplier of a quality product. At the end of the day this has been the worst experience on kick starter I have had to endure to date.
I can only speak for myself. I did receive my Phone from Unihertz, but didn't get a shipping number. It was ok for me and i was happy that i got my phone with some problems with the costums. I only had the problem, that the buildin mic of the Phone was maybe defect, because the sound quality of calls were horrible. I have contacted Unihertz and they replied after a few mails that i need to send my phone back to them for more tests. After 1-2 Month I recieved a new one and it is great. No problems anymore.
I have a good expirience with Unihertz and I want to say that they do what they can for us backers.

This supplier has no integrity and or any intent to commit on what they say they will do and when they say they will do it. They are shit and expect to get shit from them. I still have not and do not care now received the phone or the reimbursement I have been seeking for many months. I will be as respectful and considerate as they have been to their backers and myself , treat us like shit. Spread the word do not support this product ever. I will be their worst advertisement from this day forth.

updating now works, it looks like charging info of the battery shown was not correct...
@unihertz: I just received notification that an update is available via OTA.
Yet I face the problem that my Jelly Pro denies to install it, instead it tells me to first charge the battery far above 50% - but it IS already fully charged (at least the phone tells me so).
Any idea how t circumvent this? Does anyone else have this problem as well?

@Unihertz @Stephen : Seriously, how long should we wait to get latest kernel sources, even with firmware blobs, for this product ? If not could you at least reply one time to my request (I'm not alone...) I won't use the device until I can work on an alternative ROM like LineageOs on it. So if you don't plan to give the community the kernel sources let us know, I'll sell my Jelly Pro.
I suppose the phone doesn't have a proximity sensor at the front.
Whenever I am in a call, the display will be turned off automatically after a few seconds. There is no way to configure the display off timing. The only way to turn on the display is to press the power button. This is causing alot of inconveniences, especially during phone banking, where there is a need to constantly use the keypad to enter digits. Even when during normal phone call, there is an additional step to press the button 1st, before the call can be disconnected.
Can you allow the user to enable or disable the display auto off function? Thank you!

Is this a possible battery issue?
There is only one "ongoing problem" and it's the battery life, way shorter than what was announced at first. Except for that, and if unihertz keeps updating their phone for a reasonable period of time, there is no other problem for me.
@Kevin what do you mean with "all the problems"? The phone is great value for money if you ask me. You cannot expect the same you get from a phone that's 6- or 700 euro's!
Why this company and phone are still around with ALL THE ONGOING PROBLEMS, is amazing!
This phone is nothing but an expensive toy, that fails in so many ways.
The forum on Unihertz is a complete waste of time, nothing ever gets fixed, repaired, answered.
It says 100's of new answered question under each topic, but it only show 2, and there are NO new questions, ever!
