Super is a critically acclaimed mini-series about a young man, Mark Bauer, with super powers in the real world. What kind of super powers? The most classic: the ability to fly, super strength, and invulnerability. The catch? He's the only one.
This isn't a series about super powered battles over New York City, cosmic clashes, alien invasions, or spandex outfits. It's about what might really happen if an individual suddenly appeared with all those comic abilities we know and love. Could they really be used to stop war, poverty, and world suffering?
I know, I know, there's movies and comics out there with a similar premise (the film Chronicle comes to mind), but the endings always devolve into some super powered fist-fight. *SPOILER ALERT* This will never happen in this series ever.

Joshua Crowther (Writer): That's me! If you haven't figured it out I write Super. My other accomplishments include watching too much Netflix, reaching Platinum league in Starcraft 2, and singing decently at karaoke bars.
Bruno Chiroleu (Artist): Bruno does all the penciling and inking for Super. He's the editor and publisher of the anthology magazine Terminus. You can find more of his work on Deviant Art at http://brunochiroleu.deviantart.com.
Matteo Baldrighi (Colorist): Matteo is a colorist from Italy with a degree in comic book illustration. (I wish they had that major where I live.) He has a sweet portfolio that you can find at matteobaldrighi.daportfolio.com.
Josh Burcham (Colorist): The other Josh involved in Super is best known for his color work on Hasbro's TRANSFORMERS series and IDW's Samurai Jack. You can learn more about him at http://www.dcjosh.com.
Chas! Pangburn (Letterer): Chas puts words in word balloons, but also writes some amazing comics himself like Big Foot, Little Hope and Citizen Scorn. He is also working closely with Read Challenger, a fantastic indie comic company, on some major upcoming secret work. You can see his other work at https://about.me/chasexclamationpoint.
Steven Forbes (Editor): Steven is also the editor in chief and co-creator of ComixTribe, another fantastic indie comic company, with credits in Fallen Justice, the award nominated The Standard, and Bullet Time. He also writes fantastic articles on my website www.jaycrowcomics.com.
Risks and challenges
The hardest part of a Kickstarter campaign is shipping backer rewards in time. However, the comic is already completed and my current printer takes less than 2 weeks to finish prints.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
