Thank you Joel! For all the quick help, you can be certain I'll back any future projects you put on Kickstarter. You've been very helpful. :)

@Henric I'll follow up with you via direct message and we'll get this sorted out.

Still no shirt here in Sweden. :(

    4. Oliver Sigge on June 20, 2013

My tees still haven't arrived, yet. Anyone else from germany, who is still waiting?

@StryKaizer@Joel: Same problem here! Had to pay extra taxes, too. And here in germany, there was no discussion about the declared value of the goods! ;) If we germans see a piece of paper with a number printed on it, NOBODY WOULD EVER START A DISCUSSION ABOUT IT! ;)

But the quality of the tees is perfect! Thank you for your work!!

    6. Joel Glovier 2-time creator on May 29, 2013

@Marcos glad to hear you like your tees!

    7. Joel Glovier 2-time creator on May 29, 2013

@StryKaizer - I'm very sorry for the mistake. It turns out my shirt vendor (who also handled fulfillment) incorrectly assumed that the declared value had something to do with coverage of the package in the event that it was lost (like insurance), thinking that by setting the value higher it would provide more coverage to you in the event that something happened to your package.

I have heard that you may be able to reclaim some of your fees from customs if you explain that the package value was mislabeled. I'm not sure if it will work for everyone, but one backer who messaged me with this same issue did say she would be able to do that.

Again, I'm very sorry about this and have taken steps to make sure that future orders shipped internationally will not be over-declared again.

Love the tees, the quality is perfect. I've been sporting the "hacker" one with google glass & pebble watch for extra extra geek cred. I think I went overboard, people are looking at me weird! Nice work.

If you ever do this again, please mark your shipping costs correctly!

We live in europe, belgium, and have to pay 120 EUR (155USD) extra costs because you marked our shipmentprice incorrect (300USD instead of the ordered 135 USD). Not cool, shouldve been 35 EUR extra costs when marked correctly...

      Hi Scott!

Yes, things are still on track for April delivery. I'll send out a backer update in the next few days, but the short story is I expect shirts to be out of production and shipping by mid-month, so depending on shipping/fulfillment times, you should see your shirts this month!

      Thanks,
      Joel

    18. Scott Ferreira on April 2, 2013

Hey Joel! Congrats again on the success of this project! I just wanted to see if you were still on track for the April Delivery? I am really excited to wear some of the shirts to some events I have coming up!

      Hope all is well,
      -Scott F.

      Hey Diego,

Here's the sizing chart for the Tultex shirts: http://www.tultex.net/storage/specs-sheets/0241TC_Style_Sheet.pdf
And here's the product page for the Next Level shirts: http://www.nextlevelapparel.com/Prod-24-1-30-2/mens-cvc-crew.htm (can't quite seem to find a sizing chart there)

    21. Diego Barros on March 13, 2013

Women's XL if sizes run true. 1 SHIRT. Ecstatic project is ROARING SUCCESS!

    23. Tom Robinson on March 5, 2013

How similar are the Tultex 0241 and 0202 shirts to American Apparel 50/50 shirts?

50/50s are pretty much the only tshirts I buy now...

Grats on getting funded! You mentioned you were testing how the shirts held up to repeated washing, so I was wondering how much it will shrink if it goes into the dryer.

      Thanks!
