For the US, we can hand off fulfillment to Amazon, which has robots and drones to pack and ship card decks. For international orders, we have to pack, postage, and ship card decks by hand from our parent's basement.
Even subcontracting out the dirty work to unpaid interns still requires oversight and overhead, especially all the time spent creating an emotional connection to appease Millennials sense of entitlement as they fold and tape. Makes us wish we had drones too.
Don't get us started on international postage costs. Mr. Postman is evil on shipping atoms. We bet his NICRA is sky high too!
