I live in Seattle with my husband and dog. I work as a coach helping people quit smoking, but have taken a range of roles, careers you might call them. I was a chef for 20 years before returning to school to earn a master’s degree in psychology. I have written music criticism, led action-based therapy groups, and worked in HIV prevention and in academic administration.
