Hey Jack, just wanted to say thank you for the fantastic book. I've been reading it little by little each day and I'm about 60% through the book (says my Kindle). I love it thus far. Your writing style is refreshing and engaging. I've found a lot of passages that resonate with my experiences of startup scenes in both Boston and San Francisco. Can't wait to see how you bring it all together.

Jack, great work. I stayed up until 3:30am reading the first 250 pages the night it arrived. I really enjoy it so far. I find your writing to be very visual in the way that you describe scenes. Interestingly I found myself comparing that feeling to Murakami, who is mentioned in the story.

just thought I would leave a little early feedback.

Your journaling update is such good advice. I'm there, too, away from writing a novel for more than a week; difficult to get the scent of things there. Thanks for this, Jack.

Your connections are amazing and your commentary on the process inspires. Ringing the bell put me right there in those seats, and when the name of your editor came up! I was there at the race. Wow.

Bravo! If you haven't read On Writing: A Memoir of the Craft -- get the audio book of Stephen King actually reading his own book to you -- it's one of the most encouraging things I've ever read as a writer. Happy Writing! Launching my Kickstarter book in a week or so.

Jack, I'm happy for you. I was asked by a major publishing house to consult and keep an eye out for new material. I'd be glad to help you. I'd love to know who did your great video presentation? You can contact me directly if you wish at viviangreeneinc@aol.com.

Can't wait to read this! I agree totally with your feelings about books and technology. I call myself "bi-biblio" in that I enjoy both e-books (love my Kindle Fire) and paper books. I will never give up paper books. I just love the way they feel, smell, look, etc. Glad to you see you are fully funded!!

Thanks for this, Jack. I'm a product designer and tech startup guy... spend a lot of time searching for meaning in it.
