537 Days Since the Incident
Hi Cavers,We’re back from Gen Con and have news about the dioramas, backer packs, art prints and our new Operations Manager!
We’ve now sent out the first wave of dioramas via standard post. These should arrive within the next couple of working days. We're really glad to be finally sending these out to you all. The cool part is that you're getting £100 worth of print for your £35!
The second wave are being produced this minute and should hopefully arrive soon - we’ll keep you posted when they do and will email you directly when yours is on its way.
The backer packs are being processed in the warehouse and the first wave will be sent out imminently. If you still haven’t filled out the backer survey, now is the time to do so!
Note that even if you haven't changed your address we need you to confirm.
We’re recently become aware that some of you have not received your art prints yet. Since these were sent out over a month ago, if you haven’t got yours yet it has probably been lost in the post. Get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort out a replacement for you.
New Community Manager & Game Developer
You may have noticed a few new faces on our social media over the last couple of weeks!
Just before GenCon we said a fond farewell to Tom our Communications Assistant, who is moving on to pursue his degree in Art History and career in charitable work, as well as Dan our Digital Developer (App man) who is pursuing a degree in Digital Media Development in Breda, Netherlands. We're really sad to see them both leave but are excited to see them move into the next chapter of their careers!
In addition we've had two recent additions to the team!
Rose, one of our Summer Interns last year, is now a full time Games Developer on the team. Rose is now working hard on a range of new projects as well as looking after the hamsters when Peter is out of the office. Look out for some hot new projects that Rose has been working on!
Becca has also joined us as our new Community Manager! Becca won't be starting full time until she's transitioned out of her current role at Oxfam UK, but will be spending one day a week with us getting up to speed on everything. Until she's going full force come to the end of September, start of October, we'll be using our squad of customer service helpers to respond to support requests. After that point, Becca will be taking on the reins, helping you out with all your problems and questions, as well as managing the Kickstarter updates and community, Facebook groups, page, all our social media stuffs and even convention presence!
