Delivery time: With two years of manufacturing experience, reputed international partners and 100s of happy customers behind us, we're confident in delivering on time. We do realise that life can throw a curve ball so we've planned for every possible scenario (with buffers of course), and have already lined up our production and logistics partners so we are ready to go as soon as we are funded.
Duty/VAT/Customs charges: Backers will be responsible for any applicable import duty/VAT/customs charges.
We promise to send a weekly update during and after the campaign (or more as needed!) to keep you informed about our progress. If there are any hiccups along the way, you can expect transparency and respect in our communications.
