Thank you once again for your support and patience in waiting for the iPen 2! We apologize for the delay in the shipment of some of your orders; however, because the defective rate of the first mass-produced products for any company is generally higher than the average defective rate thereafter, we are testing each individual iPen prior to shipment to ensure that everyone receives a perfect stylus. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding in the matter and we are doing our best to ship out as many iPen 2 orders as quickly as possible.
For those of you who decided to hold your orders until the iPad Air 2 model is released, we have good news for you! We are planning on releasing the iPad Air 2 model by the end of April or early May of this year. We are very excited to bring the iPad Air 2 model to all of you, as it is the only stylus on the market that is currently compatible with the iPad Air 2.
For those of you who have already received your iPen 2, we hope you are enjoying everything that the iPen 2 has to offer! Soon, you will be able to use even more apps with the iPen 2, as we are currently in contact with and have sent samples to the creators of amazing apps such as Concepts, Zen Brush, Explain Everything, Sketch Club, and Notepad +. If there are any apps that you want to see integrated with the iPen 2, we recommend shooting an e-mail to the developers of your favorite app and letting them know that there are people who are eager to use their app with the iPen 2. Not only will this help us initiate the integration process, it will also get you your favorite apps faster!

To those of you who are waiting for refunds, as mentioned in our update last year, all of our funds have been devoted to iPen 2 development, which is why we released the new Cregle ink to generate additional revenue to support iPen 2 production and to also issue refunds to those who required them urgently. We sincerely apologize for the delay; however, please be assured that you will receive your refund once we generate sufficient revenue to do so. We thank you for your patience and understanding, and we will continue to fulfill refund requests as soon as funds become available.
