We Hope You Are Enjoying Your Glion Electric SmartScooter
We have had much fun and covered much ground since our last update. We hope you have done the same with your Glion Electric SmartScooter.
We received a patent for our Dolly Feature from the USPTO. We applied for it about a year ago. What a thrill. We know we can’t let up because of a patent but it is neat to be recognized by the USPTO for a novel idea. Paul Franz, a high school classmate of mine, with Fish and Richardson, was our patent attorney. Thanks Paul. You make it look easy.
We have continued to grow our dealer network. We added our first NYC dealer last week. Welcome Tony! Check out all of our dealers on our website www.glion-scooter.com.
Amazon has been a productive channel for us. They are an amazing company. We are doing many things with them beyond just taking advantage of their selling platform. Many of you have written reviews for us on Amazon. They have been critical for our sales. Thank you and please, please continue to do so. Also, consider writing a product review on our Glion e-Scooter Facebook page.
We began using robots in our manufacturing process. See short video.
Jeff shot the video while he was in China a month ago. The welding sounds like music to my ears. Wei is in China now.
Check out Electric Ride Review’s thoughts on the Glion Dolly: https://electricridereview.com/glion/electric-scooter-model-200/. Overall score 9 out of 10! We are continuing to improve. Thanks Court.
We have a couple products in the pipeline but nothing ready to announce at this time. Please continue to share your ideas and suggestions. Thanks again for your support. Each of you truly are amazing. We recognize our product is a little on the expensive side for Kickstarter. When you backed our project (in addition to getting an amazing deal. We are now at $749), you made a real leap of faith. We are grateful that you believed in us and we would not be here without you. As always, please contact us at with any questions or concerns. Together, let’s change the way the world commutes. Glion!
