A portion of the sales benefit A Moveable Feast Lexington, a non-profit organization that prepares and delivers to the door a hot, nutritious meal five days a week to low-income people in Lexington-Fayette County, Kentucky who have HIV/AIDS. They also feed their caregivers and dependent children. The founders were motivated to create the organization after the death of Charles Williams in 1998, an artist living with AIDS who died of starvation at his home in downtown Lexington, only a few blocks from City Hall.
