We encountered a small delay due to a National Chinese Holiday and our logistics company got back to us telling us to expect tracking info around 6/3. Why suddenly the creator stopped responding to the comments. Is Jose the spokesperson of these guys??? Creator, show some dignity and provide us an update of whats going on. Tell us honestly whats causing the delay???
SO frustrated. I reached out to update my address for the Pro version just last week and you responded asking for the updated address. I gave it to you. And now you're telling me the window was already closed. Why even ask me for the address at all then. Besides, your update said the window for regular version was closed, how then is the Pro window closed? Does this mean you'll be shipping the Pro here in the next week or two as well?

It's Friday. Week usually ends on Sunday. Stay calm and wait few more days if necessary - let them work. If there's no info on Sunday or even better at the end on month, then you can start complaining guys. Cheers
@Creator - I mentioned a shipping address of India originally and I would like to change that to Toronto, Canada. This is for a VINCI PRO. What's the procedure?
What is the timeline (aka actual ETA dates) for shipping out Vinci Pro? Based on the date, I might need to change my shipping address because I will be out of the country. Please get in touch with me @creator
@Mateusz: Ya that I know that one can buy that in amazon/ebay. I was just wondering as with this cost, usually a good quality cable is provided with most of the headphones by default.
