@Henya Hua, we are sorry, that you are having some problems with our company, we will send you the refund as soon as possible.
This company is a fraud. They charged my card $157.00 on January 14 and I emailed them on 3/30/18 to get a refund since they keep pushing the schedule of this project. They told me that it would take 2-3 weeks to get money from Kickstarter. We're now in mid-July and I haven't received anything back. I just emailed them last night and they gave me the same canned response as they did before. "We will be able to send you the refund at the beginning of August." I'm robbed by these people and I hope no one else is giving this company any money.

Remember beakers, you are gonna recive something never seen before...a delay it's not so dramatic so stop being a drama queen with all of this "I want a refund, this is inacceptable". Kickstarter is a funding platform not ebay... If you want your things 1 month before and no accidents, go on Amazon.
I share everyone's frustration at the delivery delay of these revolutionary headphones. And there's the rub, the fact they're revolutionary is at the heart of the matter. That and Inspero Inc.'s determination to produce the very best product possible adds up to this lengthy delay. Look, I work in sales and after many decades I am accustomed to delayed gratification on occasions, i.e. the lag time between making a contact with a prospective client and ultimately making a sale. Sometimes if you believe in a person, a football team or a visionary company you just have to be patient. Like you, I can't wait to receive and test drive my headphones. Think of this way, hang in there, have faith in the developers and be one of the first in the world to own a pair of these revolutionary headphones. By the way, despite the negative comments on communicating to us backers, I have found the updates to be open and honest WHEN there is relevant shipping information/product updates to be passed on. My Christmas present is currently being fine tuned !
Just a little message of support to you guys. Yes, some kind of frustrating relationship but it's worth it and I ll wait until december. As everybody I wanted my headphones this summer, Barcelona is a great place to do sport and to run and your product looks perfect for me but I will wait !!!

While I do understand that you are trying to create a quality product, I needed my headphones by September as I will be doing some traveling. Seeing as the delivery date has changed to December I will like to request a full refund.

I understand that with a project such as this, delays are inevitable. What I don't understand is why you are now saying December. It seems to me that you would want to get this product out the door. Many people supported this project and the longer you delay, the more dissatisfied they will become. You have a reputation at stake and I would think you would want to get this in the hands of the backers. I will wait until December, as frustrating as that is. I would hope there will be no other delays from now on. I would think that one more delay and most everyone will want their money back.

There's clearly progress with this campaign. Sure, they could be more transparent, most KS projects suffer from that (the great ones don't though).
It's a bit of a shame that Christmas is the expected delivery but #whatyagonnado
I'm happy they've gone for the stainless steel mounting and are improving on the voice controls. Here's hoping they nail it :)

Inspero, I think @Leesa made a couple of very valid points and you need to address those in detail. A short and curt "we posted an update as soon as we got feedback from our factory" just doesn't cut it. You owe us an explanation - those that are sticking with you and also those that backed you and withdrew.

After all these request of refunds, how are you expecting to successfully fund the rest of the items, in addition to upgrading to 4G and providing additional rewards to backers?
This just doesn't seem plausible. I still never received an answer as to why all products were expected to ship at the end of June and 2 weeks prior you explained that there will be another huge delay. Coming to end of June, I would have thought most of the products were already manufactured, so what will happen to those that were already made? Unless none of them were completed and therefore, not ready by the deadline in which case this wasn't communicated truthfully.
I would like the refund of my money. I need to have somtehing to help me out in my exercise this summer... Thanks!!!

@Darshan Kassen, you can ask for the refund and we will send it by the end of this month. Or you can wait till the end of December. But, if you will decide not gave up on us, we will try to reward you in December:) We totally understand our backer's frustration, but we need some more time to polish our product.

1.My Shipping info is going to change by whenever this project will ship. I'm not going to enjoy the hassle of communicating this especially with the long shipping time to my county.
@Inspero's comments on this in #26 "we decided it would be easier to simply send out the surveys closer to the June shipping date" to avoid confusion, delays and the user filling out the survey too many times.
2.Based on the comments by Inspero themselves in their updates about not 'being happy' about x and y in #29, they're bound to cut corners on some aspect unless they're going to perfect every single component in the product and possibly use up the funds on the way. (Yes, we do want a finished & working product)
@Inspero, What happens when we're not satisfied on receiving the product after 12+ months? Is the refund process going to be as painful as it seems to be now for other users?
I can honestly say my experience with this project has sadly been only negative. From the inept ability to give consumers a realistic timeline for production to the now incompetent refunds procedure. Having requested my refund a week ago, I was asked to wait a week for a decision to be reached on how I would recieve my funds. After a week, no communication. When I contacted inspero for an update I now have been told it will be the end of the month as there is something wrong with their PayPal account. You seriously have to question the integrity of this company. A product that failed to reach a deadline by a substantial amount of time that now has the incapability of refunding its consumers.
Oh...Dec2018 ... This is a bit long.
But Please do your best and make the best product , I understand and I will keep supporting .
