iOS: We support iPhone 4s and newer, running on iOS 9 and newer. We also support iPad mini and iPad 3rd generation and newer, however the app is currently optimised for phones only and will appear as a scaled version on tablets.
We recommend you use the latest iOS versions to ensure maximum compatibility. There have been reports of Bluetooth issues with older versions of iOS. These issues are inherent to the OS itself, and is not an issue with the Innway app or Innway.
Android: We support devices with Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity, running Lollipop 5 and newer.

Innway is a Bluetooth 4.2 enabled device that you can attach to items that you tend to misplace or leave behind. You use the Innway app on your iOS or Android device to pair your Innway with your device.
You can use your device to find the item you attached your Innway to.
Your Innway and your paired device will ring when they go too far apart from each other. So when you leave your phone behind, your Innway will ring. And vice versa.
The Innway’s locations are updated using the GPS location of your device. The Innway need to be within Bluetooth range of your device to be discovered. The range is 100 feet or 30 meters in an open space without barriers. Interference from other Bluetooth and wireless devices will reduce the range of the signal. Walls and other physical barriers will also reduce the signal.Last updated:
Yes, the Innway works wherever you have an internet connection, be it WiFi or mobile data. The Finding and Separation alerts work without an internet connection but you won’t be able to retrieve its current location or last known location if it was misplaced.Last updated:
Yes, the Innway is safe for in-flight use. It uses Bluetooth Low Energy, which most airlines allows you to use when flying. If in any rare cases you were asked to put the Innway in flight mode, launch the Innway app, go to the Device settings, and select Turn off device.
