The Haunted House
The game is for 2-5 players – one of which is always the ghost!
There's no way for the ghost to hide, the rest of the players know who he is from the start.
The players aim, is to exit the house as quickly as possible, they must move across the board completing the dice combinations and unlocking the doors and rooms as they go.
Each player must roll a dice, and then move that number of squares.
Players can move forward, backward and left and right but NOT diagonally.
Players do not need to take the turns in rotational order, and any player can roll the dice at any time, the dice can be split after the second dice is collected.
There are some squares that are 'safe' where ghost cannot enter.
If the ghost shows up and the player has to flee, the next time they enter the room they will have to start the challenge again. Doh!
Once the room challenge is completed by any player, the room card is flipped over, and replaced in the same alignment, all players in the room, are placed back on the same squares, if the ghost was in the room, they return to the attic.
Each time a dice is rolled, move one square, If two dice are rolled you move two squares.
There are some squares which are 'dark' on these square you can move two squares for each dice roll.
You can turn the players into zombie ghosts, by moving onto the same square as them. Once a player is a zombie ghost, they move and act as the ghost does. If all players become zombie ghosts, then the ghost WINS.
You can move in any direction, front back, left right and diagonal and can pass through any door, however you CAN NOT pass through walls.
if there are players turned into zombie ghosts, they can be 'released' by the remaining players
A player can only get into some of the rooms by rolling over 6, so they need to go and collect the second dice before access those rooms, also once they have it, then two players can be moving at the same time.
Character illustration and development.
Each of the characters have different skills or special gifts, that they can use to further their quest within the game.
1st stage of character development.
Character 1. Special skills: Knows her way around the house, gets to re-roll unrestricted in the secret passages.

Risks and challenges
We are designing and producing lot of great artwork for the boards on this game, so far looking super cool. We are also designing characters for this game which will add a level of playability as each character will have special skills which can be used within the game.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
