Hi, we are Incognito Solutions, Inc. and we bring you the GM's DRESSING DICE! The GM's DRESSING DICE is a TOOL that will help aspiring Game Masters in their tabletop role-playing games like DnD, Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu etc. GM's DRESSING DICE serve the purpose of being rollable roll tables. Keep in mind that the GM's DRESSING DICE is not a game, it is a tool that will help Game Masters (GM's) populate the empty rooms with props like furniture and decoration.
For quite some time we have been struggling with room descriptions during our DnD sessions. We would encounter empty uninteresting rooms over and over again. At some point we decided to put this issue to an end. In the beginning we used room decoration roll tables, but we always wanted something spicier for that purpose. Something collectible and fun at the same time! The solution presented itself if the form of dice! After a year of testing and observing, we have discovered the most occurring themes were Ancient Ruin, Dark Cavern, Deep Dungeon, King’s Castle, Lord’s Manor, Priest’s Temple, Rowdy Tavern, and Wizard’s Tower. We wanted to keep it simple, one or two dice per theme! This is what we came up with.
The size of GM's Dressing Dice is 20mm. They are bigger than the standard d6 dice, which makes the images on them bigger and a lot clearer. The color of the dice is rustic ivory.
The dice used in the video are the prototypes. The final product will look like this:
Since GM's DRESSING DICE is a tool, there are no rules on how you should be using them. Be creative, explore your own ideas! Here are some of the many possible uses:

We, the nerds from the Incognito Solutions love to create stuff for tabletop games. Unfortunately, we cannot bring GM's DRESSING DICE to the public on our own. The production costs are expensive for us, which is why we are using Kickstarter as a jump platform for our idea. Kickstarter is a great way for us to share the things we create with the rest of tabletop gaming community. After all, tabletop is all about shared experience.
Risks and challenges
The contracts with the factory have already been signed. The production begins immediately after the Kickstarter campaign ends. If the first factory fails to deliver, we have a backup factory to do the job instead.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
