Hi, we are Ranger; an independent rock band. We are recording a new album. We need to raise $10,000 in two months. We need help.
If this is your first time discovering a Kickstarter project, welcome! It’s a fantastic way for family, friends, and fans to financially support the art they love. We want to make clear that if we do not reach our goal, we will get nothing! Simply put, it breaks down like this: we need 1,000 people to give $10. Only $10!
With your help we are not only going to record a new album, but we’ll be able to get the word out as well! Ranger will be able to release the album on CD, vinyl, and digitally, and distribute it to you and many other new ears. After all, what good is a recording if no one knows it exists? Don't you love sharing a new band with a friend rather than keeping them all to yourself? We do!
We have carefully planned out a way to accomplish all of this through our Kickstarter project goal. The money you donate will go directly to the recording, editing, pressing, printing, and distributing of our new record.
You're not going away empty-handed either. We have put together a list of items and services we are ready to provide to our contributors. We get to put time and care into each package we send out once the project is done. In doing that, we will also get to know a lot of you better, or for the first time. This might just be the most fun part of our project!
The iloveranger project will be a milestone for our band and for us as individuals. We want to make you every bit a part of our musical journey. Ranger lives and sings and plays because of your love and support. So help us out! Tell your friends! Spread the word! Every little bit you give helps. Together, you and Ranger will be a part of creating beautiful new music.
Ranger will be posting videos throughout the next 60 days with updates on our progress!
