Meet My Friends!
I have been so fortunate to meet some very special friends during my journey of becoming an author. We have become a team, rooting each other on as we are all running Kickstarter campaigns and they give me the added motivation I need each day to go out and really give it my all. Today I have the pleasure of giving them a very special shout-out! Please check out their campaigns and share them with your friends:
Cami Kangaroo Has Too Much Stuff (Already 58% Funded)
Cami Kangaroo loves stuff. Rocks, shells, feathers, toys...she collects them, sorts them and builds with them. There's only one problem...her room is so messy that it's nearly impossible for her to find things! Will Cami ever be able to figure out how to be more organized? Will she find the missing toy she needs to give back to her cousin? Follow along with Cami in the funny and relatable second book of the "Cami Kangaroo and Wyatt Too" series as she tries to find a way to keep her treasures from taking over her room!
This is the second book in her series, and if you back her campaign there’s an option to receive both books! They are based on her beautiful daughter, Cami, who loves sweets and needs to get organized!
Mommy’s Mini-Me (Already 66% Funded)
Mommy's Mini-Me is an inspiring children's book about a young girl who becomes empowered by her mother's wisdom. It is a storybook about perseverance with admirable illustrations by the talented, St. Lucian born, Ted M. Sandiford, father of 6 children. The 32-page, fully illustrated, hardcover children's picture book is written for ages: newborn to 5 years old. The story also details the importance of a mother's love in their children's lives. A must have for all mothers to read to their young daughters. This book will be cherished for years to come.
Super Soren (Already 29% Funded)
AN UNDERDOG FOR THE WIN!
Soren is different from the other kids. She enjoys collecting rocks, doing science experiments and math, and playing in her forest retreat. The other children call her weird, and the school bully picks on her.
Walking through the forest, Soren spots a small door in an ancient tree, and glimpses a tiny figure who leaves her a letter with a special symbol on it – Super Soren’s symbol. Super Soren moves from realism to fantasy to weave a relatable adventure-story of an underdog.
Parents and kids alike will root for Soren as she grows in confidence, and ultimately confronts the schoolyard bully with bravery and heart.
**I had the opportunity to read each one of these fantastic stories ahead of time and they are real winners in the world of children’s books! I’m excited to share that I have backed each of these campaigns and cheer them on for success. Thank you to everyone who shows their support, even a share goes a long way! :-).
