The Problem is no longer that your devices run out of power but rather finding the right power solution when they do.
You use your regular charger at home, a battery jacket and a small portable battery for commuting and a bulky power bank for long travels. Now there is 1 solution for all these scenarios!
Your support means everything to us and with every $ pledged, we will get one step closer to realizing the Modulo. In return, we would love to send you the following rewards:
All funds raised on Kickstarter will entirely be used to finance Modulo’s first production run. After extensive R&D, designing and product testing, we have completed a fully working prototype. Now we just need to carry out the last quality tests and wrap up the packaging design before we can start with the production.
Your opinion is important to us. In fact, it´s so important, we would like to ask you for your creative suggestion. How can we make the Modulo even more valuable for you?
Simply tell us your ideas. For example: “You should design a pouch for it” or “I’d like to have integrated speakers to listen to music on the go”. We will then explore each suggestion and try to realize your visions.
Support us by backing the project and giving suggestions. But more importantly spread the word!
So you know what exactly we are working on and when you will receive your pledges.
We are a young, ambitious team trying to create innovative and cool solutions which simplify the everyday lives of mobile technology users.
James Hunter: Vice President of Sales. Jim, based out of Florida, is the Sales King of IDAPT in the US since he joined the team 2011. The original idea of the Modulo comes from his relevant analyze of the market. He is the leader in charge of campaign and marketing of the Modulo.
Jacques Giribet: CEO & Founder of IDAPT. Besides managing the company, Jacques leads the development of the Modulo and will also look over its manufacturing in China.
Campaign Team: Ana Val & Pablo Rio: logistics & supply chain, Tiphaine Rolland & Mark Juhasz: graphics, Miguel Uribarri: design, Antonio Manzotti: marketing, Sami Shamo: PR, Matias Haro: finances, Jeremy Patay & Frederik Mues: campaign management.
Special Thanks: Bea, Clara, Sergi and Luis for the video & pictures.
We are an international bunch from 7 different countries who came together as a team. As such we worked extremely hard to make this campaign happen and deliver an awesome product to you.
We pay great attention to quality and detail, not just concerning the Modulo but all our products. This is why we design and manufacture our product lines in house. In fact, having our own factory allows us to control every step of the process from the first sketch to final product manufacturing.
We have won international awards designing beautiful, practical and user-friendly products, ensuring us that our in house strategy pays tremendous dividends and showing you that you can trust in us.
Risks and challenges
We're a team with a lot of experience in the design of innovative solutions that simplify the everyday lives of mobile technology users.
However, it has been quite challenging, from a development perspective, to fit as much power as possible into the compact design of the Modulo. By undertaking extensive R&D and partnering with first class suppliers we were able to decrease the amount of risks significantly. To ensure you the best possible quality all lightning short cables and lightning to microUSB adaptors for the Built-in Dual Cable Modulo will be obtained from a MFI authorized supplier. However, there are always challenges involved, especially when developing and producing new products. Therefore, we promise to meet every challenge with all our might and do everything in our power to leave you well looked after.
At this stage we already have working prototypes but in order to deliver the best possible power, design and overall value we need to clear a few more hurdles. Namely, product testing, packaging design and finally large-scale production.
Above, we have given a conservative estimate of delivery dates but this estimate will be challenged the complexity of logistics between continents.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
