Update #2 is up!
Do you remember when you were a child and your imagination was your reality?
Life felt boundless.
BEfore you learned about life & what you could and could not be.
Pre-limits and negativity, trauma and all of that.
Maybe like me, you read scriptures like Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen, but for so much of your life you were ruled by only sight.
It's more than sight. & crazily enough, it is much larger than vision.
"She Used to Be" is a journey of unlearning, being and becoming--everything we have ever wanted to be.
Who Am I?
I am Sanovia ( @Iamsanovia).

Why Should You Support?
The power of music, creativity and the arts can not continue without the help of community. It is my hope that we can partner together in this journey so that myself and others like me can bring you music that heals, reveals and relates.
The project will launch on November 3rd, 2018 and end on December 13th at midnight. It is important to note that kickstarter is an all or nothing platform which only funds projects that are fully supported within the set time frame.
My goal is to have the project fully funded in 27 days on November 30th and to reach my stretch goals by December 13th.
Creating the tracks and recording for the project will begin in December of 2018 and continue into February, 2019.
February will be the marketing month.
March is the release month.
The project is scheduled to be released March 16th, 2018.
Studio Time (i.e., mixing & mastering, laying down vocals, & track production): $1,890
Kickstarter Fees: $400
When we stretch beyond the $4,000 and reach $5,000, it is my hope to use those funds for a small video documentary/music video for She Used to Be.
Risks and challenges
The potential risks & challenges of this project will be hitting the goal within the 27-day time frame.
It is my hope to do the necessary connecting and marketing to be able to be sure that this project comes to life.
Another risk or challenge could be the timeliness of the completion of the project. The goal is for the project to be completed by March 16, 2019. Without foreseeing any unfortunate personal circumstances, the project should be completed by the estimated delivery date. I will be sure to stay in constant communication with everyone of you who have supported to be sure that if any changes were to arise--you would know first.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
