Where is my Hyperjuice? I paid for the thing and all I see is advertisements for discounts on your products? I expected delivery by now. My patience is wearing thin. I still want your product, but this is very disappointing.

      就問你一句,什麼時候出貨?

Where is the option to opt out of marketing nonsense and just receive actual product updates? This would seem counterproductive - you're saying to a customer who is already frustrated about product delays "hey even though we haven't delivered on our initial commitments, buy more stuff? Oh yeah, no updates on the thing you actually care about". Not only am I less inclined to buy more products, I'm wondering now if this company is just collecting checks and couldn't care less about getting customers what they pay for. I doubt I'm the only one that feels this way. Seems obvious. Get your act together.

Stop spamming your backers and deliver what you promised. This isn't an update it's unwanted marketing spam.

Seriously wtf are you spamming us, send us an update not an ad for your other products

    6. Ross beck on

Bummed that this isn’t an actual update as well.
How far out is shipping delayed?

I agree with cb17. We need an actual update. You can send us the promotion, but send us an ACTUAL update with information about the delivery as well.

Shipping has been delayed and you think spamming everyone with a Black Friday ad in the form of an "update" is a good idea?
