We will be sending out a survey (via CrowdOx.com) tomorrow morning (Friday, November 2nd, 2018) to perform the following task:

  • Confirm your shipping address
  • Confirm your color choice
  • Offer the opportunity to purchase additional HyperJuice units at $159/unit
  • Offer the opportunity to purchase a 100W USB-C + 12W USB-A charger at $39/unit

HyperJuice 100W USB-C + 12W USB-A Charger

This is the official charger that we are recommending for the HyperJuice battery pack. At 100W output, it is the fastest USB-C charger in the market, capable of quick charging the HyperJuice from empty to full in about 1 hour. It can also quick charge any of your USB-C devices at the fastest possible speed. Also included in the charger is a high-speed 12W USB-A port capable of quick charging an additional mobile device like a smartphone or tablet. This brings the total wattage of the charger to a whopping 112W. No other USB charger in the market comes close. This is by far the best spec USB-C charger!

And we are offering this to our Kickstarter backers at a special close to cost price of $39

Here are the full specifications

  • Input: AC 100-240V 2.3A 50/60Hz
  • Output 1: USB-C port DC 5V-20V 5A Max
  • Output 2: USB-A port DC 5V 2.4A Max
  • Power: 112W Max
  • Dimensions: 142 x 63 x 33mm / 5.6" x 2.48" x 1.3"
  • Weight: 430g / 15.17oz / 0.95 lb

Remember! You need to complete the survey in order to receive your reward. We cannot deliver the reward if the survey is not completed.

I don't understand the diff btwn color options. Space grey vs silver .... Which shade of grey/silver closest resembles the Millennium Falcon? I guess that is the shade I would shoot for.

I second the 'Can't you do a version with a Type-C Port instead of a fixed cable?' proposal. This current design really does look it came from the 90's.
Is there a good reason why you couldn't include 2 female ports?

@Cortney Sauk Superbacker Whoops, you right. If anyone’s curious, it’s about the same size as the Wacom AC adapter (the only other 100w USB C adapter that I know of), and about $20-30 less.

    24. redlukas on

Am i getting this right? in order for me to get the product i already paid for, i need to log on to jet another site and pay 40$, thereby completely removing my choice as to whom i trust with my credit card info? some bs.

    26. Adnan Akbar on

Now what i pay for charger plug also tell me fast and how it’s work thanks

    27. Sam Fisk on

I cannot see anywhere on the Kickstarter mentioning that the charger is not included, but it isn't pictured. On the Indiegogo it does say optional (rather than not included, which would be clearer). Kinda BS if you ask me.

I agree that it would be better to have 2 females on it too.

It seems the current Macbook pro chargers put out up to 87 W, so that might well be a viable alternative. Phone chargers are around 20 (at least mine is; One Plus 5 dash charger), so would get you there in 5 hours, but still works. :P

Another point, don't forget you may need to buy an additional USB-C cable if you want don't want to buy this...

    28. Missing avatar

      Ilari on

The design of the charger seems very odd for a modern accessory. Looks like some monstrosity from a decade ago. Now the cord cannot be used for other purposes at all.

To me it was clear that one was going to have to purchase the charger for an additional cost. If this is what I would've got in the bundle, I'm happy that I now have the choice to skip it. ;)

      Daniel Kraußer on

I'd love to add the charger to my pledge, but it depends on how the parcel will be sent. Custom fees here in Germany start at about 150€ (I'm slightly below it right now with my pledge). If I increase my pledge by a few dollars I'm above the threshold and pay extra custom fees. So how will it be sent?

I'm a little confused. Doesn't the hyperjuice come with a charger or at least a power cable?

    31. Joel Strellner on

Why is the USB-C cable attached? Shouldn't both output ports be female? That really turns me off—enough that I'll likely pass on it—despite the output power of it.

    32. Missing avatar

      Pamela Caird on

I have the same question as Luis. Doesn't the HyperJuice come with a way to charge it?

    33. Missing avatar

      Mahesh on

Is there not a charger that comes with the hyperjuice that was backed for $149? I was really hoping not to have to spend more money for the product.

    34. Ning Wong on

Will this charge the newer MacBook Pro's without any issues?

@Eric Bloom Dimensions are in the update...

    36. Missing avatar

      Eric Bloom on

Would you be able to add a few more details on the charger? Like more pictures and dimensions?

I’m interested in seeing how its size compares to the Wacom 100w charger. I’d happily replace it if yours is more portable.

    37. Luís Flôres on

The battery is not coming with a charger? I need to buy one?
