Plunderbund: The Fantasy Back-Alley-Business Board Game
Plunderbund is brought to you by HutChu Games designers Woody Hutsell and Adam Chunn. Together we have funded over 140 Kickstarter campaigns. We decided it was time we make a run at delivering the kind of game we like to play.
In Plunderbund, You lead a guild striving to dominate the market for illegal goods in the Sprawl, a city rich in history and lawlessness.
Through a light deck building mechanism, players will recruit and task a mob of Agents, Racketeers and others to build your reputation by selling goods. Cause chaos for your rivals as you attempt to create the strongest network of agents and the most desirable black market goods. Winners and losers are determined by a fun, yet sophisticated, supply & demand mechanic.

Kickstarter doesn’t let you specify what you want at this stage, so we’ll sort out what your extra money is going towards after the campaign has closed through our Pledge Manager system and all backers will be sent a link to this after the Kickstarter campaign closes.

Risks and challenges
Game play, art, graphics, manufacturing and logistics are all completed or near completion.
Getting all three types of games (wood, plastic and clay) ready for delivery at the same time will be the biggest challenge. Plastic minis have a longer lead time, and the clay minis are handcrafted and require some assembly logistics. We plan to have all versions ready at the same time so everyone gets their reward simultaneously. But if practical issues emerge, we may ship each tier independently.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
