We make 100% organic natural cotton underwear. All of our bras, tee's, tanks, briefs, boxers, and onesies are handmade in Vancouver Canada from certified organic American cotton free of any bleach or chemical dyes.
We started Hopeo because we believe quality sustainable products made close to home, by people who care about what they do and who make a livable wage will make our community and the world a better place.
- We believe that just because something is simple, doesn’t mean it needs to be disposable.
- We believe the things that touch your body everyday should be special.
- We believe that every purchase we make says something about who we are.
About our Underwear
Every Hopeo garment has its own life. The pieces are handmade from start to finish by the same person. Our organic cotton is milled and knit close to home, is unbelievably soft and organic, and free of bleach and chemical dyes. There are no giant logos or tags just a small henna stamp that will fade away naturally over time. And since we are not a factory, we don't take any shortcuts so we ensure each piece is of the highest quality and durability.
The Pitch: Our First Production Run
We assembled an awesome team. We've invested over $5,000. We have designed, tested, sewn and sourced. We have patterns graded for all sizes, we have samples of every piece, and we have reliable suppliers for organic cotton and notions. We have machines and workspace.
All we need now is your help so we can create the first production run of Hopeo handmade under-garments. We hope to raise $10,000 to purchase material and tools to complete the first entire run.
Back our kickstarter project and help us bring this beautiful idea to life.
Pledge what you can and then share our story with your friends and ask them to pledge too. Support a movement dedicated to quality sustainable handmade products, the people who make them and the communities where they are made.

Risks and challenges
Overall, we have limited the number of rewards and committed to a later shipping date to mitigate our key risks of fabric sourcing and high order volumes. For fabric, we will source a secondary similar fabric as a back up. For higher than expected volumes, we have staggered our shipping schedule.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
