The demo currently is mostly a showcase of our combat mechanics, with a few random items, random room distributions and bosses (the bosses on release won't always be the same). It is very much an early build that is supposed to give you a taste and is not representative of the final build. But we wanted to show our commitment and make sure that people would enjoy the feel of fighting in our game. If it doesn't feel right, then it would be a pretty fundamental error !
Notably, things like the Style system are not final (we want to make it more explicit and tied to rewards), and of course way more characters, enemies, bosses, the upgrade tree and so on. We will be posting more about those as our kickstarter evolves !
